Terms and Conditions
1. THE REGULATIONS
1.1 The Regulations of Villa Patria B&B are contractual in nature between “Villa Patria B&B Sagl” and the Guest. Therefore, the request to stay at the B&B and the acceptance of this request by “Villa Patria B&B” implies the full acceptance of these Regulations and all Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Non-compliance with the Regulations and other provisions of the Management will result in the expulsion of the violator from the Structure and the reporting of the incident to all national and international tourist organizations, unless the violation also requires reporting to the Public Authorities in case the violation suggests a crime has been committed.
1.3 All specific instructions displayed on signs within the B&B's property and/or relevant areas must also be followed.
1.4 Parents (or legal guardians) are jointly responsible for the actions of their minor children within the B&B. They must supervise them and ensure that they maintain proper and respectful behavior toward others, under their direct responsibility, particularly regarding compliance with the quiet hours, proper use of bathrooms, and the use of the facilities provided by the B&B. Any activity that could disturb other Guests is prohibited.
1.5 The conduct of both adults and minors is contractually relevant. Therefore, any violation of these rules or common civil coexistence and B&B rules will result in the immediate termination of the contract and expulsion from the B&B within 2 hours from the accusation of the act, according to the Management's final judgment. In such cases, the Management of the B&B is entitled to retain any sums already paid and to demand the remaining sums, including for damages.
2. EVENTS
2.1 Confirmation of knowledge of the events calendar and acceptance
The Guest confirms having reviewed the events calendar on the Villa Patria B&B website and accepting its contents and any changes. The Guest acknowledges that the listed events may affect the availability or conditions of stay and agrees to comply with the event calendar and related regulations.
3. ACCEPTANCE
3.1 Upon arrival, guests must provide their documents at the reception for the completion of the registration form.
3.2 Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay in the structure. If the accompanying persons are not the parents (or legal guardians), a written authorization from them is required, including their contact phone number and a copy of their ID.
3.3 The Management, as provided by Article 15 of the Lear, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not comply with the rules or behaves in a way that causes damage or disturbance. Rooms at the B&B are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Rates are daily, regardless of the check-in time.
4. WATER
4.1 Water is a precious resource. It is strictly prohibited to use water for improper uses. It may only be used for primary purposes (personal hygiene). Guests should avoid wasting water.
5. DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS
5.1 Pets such as dogs and cats are not allowed in the property.
6. BREAKFAST AND FOOD HYGIENE
6.1 Breakfast is served in the breakfast room.
6.2 Guests are not allowed to bring food and drinks intended for breakfast into areas other than designated rooms (in the room or outside the structure).
6.3 For food hygiene reasons, guests are not allowed to introduce unauthorized food or drinks into their rooms.
7. DEPARTURE
7.1 On departure day, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM, and the keys, including any parking keys, must be returned to the reception.
8. DOCTOR - INFECTIOUS DISEASES
8.1 Ambulance and emergency numbers can be requested from the reception.
8.2 Any infectious disease must be reported to the Management.
9. CLEANING
9.1 Garbage must be placed in the designated waste bags located in the bathroom of each room. Guests are prohibited from leaving trash in common areas.
10. RESPONSIBILITY
10.1 The B&B Management is not responsible for missing personal items, damages from natural events, or accidents (weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, illnesses, falling trees or branches, accidents at sea, car theft or damages in the parking area).
11. QUIET, ORDER, DECORUM, AND BEHAVIOR INSIDE THE B&B
11.1 Electric or electronic musical instruments are not permitted in the rooms.
11.2 Proper attire is required throughout the B&B. Swimming costumes or topless attire are not allowed.
11.3 Access to areas marked as "private" is forbidden.
11.4 Smoking is not allowed in rooms or common indoor areas.
11.5 Weapons, knives, sticks, or any other dangerous instruments are prohibited.
11.6 The hours from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM are considered rest time, and any noise or disruptive activity is prohibited.
11.7 The staff authorized by the Management is required to enforce the Regulation with respect to anyone. Each Client/Guest, by accepting the hospitality of the B&B, also contractually agrees to comply with this Regulation and the principles commonly accepted in our culture of courtesy and good manners.
12. RATES
12.1 Rates are daily, regardless of the check-in time.
13. DAMAGES AND THEFTS
13.1 Anyone causing damage to the building, movable goods, equipment, etc., will be legally responsible within the scope of the applicable laws. Thefts and intentional damage will be immediately reported. Upon departure, the staff will check the rooms, and the costs for replacing any damage or the loss of keys will be charged and must be paid at the time of check-out.
14. ALLERGIES
14.1 Guests of the B&B are required to inform the staff if they suffer from allergies or intolerances.
15. CANCELLATION POLICIES
15.1 When booking with the standard rate, the reservation can be canceled up to 7 days before check-in. If the reservation is not canceled within the allowed time, the B&B Management reserves the right to charge the entire amount of the reservation.
15.2 When booking with the non-refundable rate, guests are entitled to a discount on the standard rate; however, no refund can be requested under any circumstances.
15.3 When booking with the weekly rate, the reservation can be canceled up to 15 days before check-in. If the reservation is not canceled within the allowed time, the B&B Management reserves the right to charge 50% of the booking amount.
